Solo raid bugged?

Why am I limited in my choices for champions to use in solo raids, is this a bug or did I miss an update or something. I did just update the game so the way this game is with updates I am sure there is a bug.

Same reason you're limited in who can use in actual raids - there are pools of usable champs.

It has never been that way, I have always been able to use champs like Purgatory and Juggs who are not in this pool for me to choose.

Because they and a handful of other champs were removed from the pool of available champs.

It has always been that way. The pools change every so often.
