Buff The Maker Kabam

Enough time has passed and some people have finally realized he is not exactly a noodle and actually has HUGE utility, but he is still way too slow and weaker than he needs to be. At least bump his damage up a bit. Why can champions like Serpent and Onslaught be so absolutely busted on all fronts but a champion so cool and interesting like him can't? are you just gonna let a fan favorite be such a disapointment?

Tech is quite frankly one of the weakest classes in the game, it needs another beyond god tier right about now and I don't see why that can't be Maker. Give him a second source of damage or make the damage on the mines scale up to the opponent's healthpool somehow. Give him the immunities from the comic books. Make him less of a joke on defense.

Somehow I sort of get what your saying.. but not all champions need to be Hercules or Serpent or Deathless Thanos or Dark Phoenix level.. Silver Surfer is Herald of Galactus that is ok.. but not OP, he can take fights that some others aren't able to safely beat.

The Maker has lots of utility and is first champion immune to neuro-shock.. the plasma mine is meh.. better if there is a root stun and powerful damage payout sort of Maker trapping opponents/ stun and tape multiple plasma bombs that he detonates.

Try ranking him more and duping him. His utility and ranked damage are nuts, and make him so durable in competitive content. R4’d as soon as I pulled and duped him, and haven’t looked back

I agree with a buff but not another god tier, for now you can learn him and make use of him till they buff him

all he would theoretically need is a damage boost. I r4 him very quickly when I got him and at that time I had no r4s. He’s insanely good and his utility does not really need a touch up. The only thing he would need would be his lore accurate bleed and poison immunity

The Silver Sable mechanic of pushing opponents towards the mine is ok (3 mines max)

The Maker has only one Plasma mine.. not at all impressive..

But..

if let's say.. Maker has pre-fight ability allows player to chose Plasma, Neuro-shock, corrosive acid and total siphon [new debuff - sucks all power (similar to Ebony Maw sp3) and % of hp base on sig level]

Nah skill is worse.

Okoye is among the best skill champs added so far, but the others added are either rare or not top tier. Lumatrix is top tier but he is an Eidol who won’t be entering basics till March. Nick Fury is now a 7* but he was only available in Heart of Fire. Patriot buff was fine, Mr Knight is good, but neither are the best. Franken Castle looks interesting but he’s too new to decide if he’s good or not

Maker is actually quite good, and I already see plenty of players sleeping on him. He actually counters most of the mutant class, especially Cap Britain, Jean, Cassandra and Onslaught, he can even take Domino and Bishop if played correctly. Only mutant he can’t really take is Havok
