Why so many players ask for a cure?
IMO, the main difference between two events are profile pictures.
Am I the only one who thinks that “cure” profile pictures are awful and “hunger” pictures are awesome?

“Cure” profile pictures looks to me like somebody put a picture of a satisfied champion on a used condom.

I destroyed the cure day 1. Didnt read or cared enough to read, I like other pfps better.

The Zombie Thanos is the coolest PFP, so I don't want to switch to the "cured" team.

How do people go about switching to the zombie side if they are already on the cure side? It sounds like there was a structural problem here where they CANNOT switch to the zombie side if they already started on the cured side. So are the only people who actually get to play on the zombie side people who got infected before the event started?

Can someone explain how we get the points for "refusing the cure?" So far, no one has sent me a cure. If I'm sent it, do I have to click on it to "refuse" it? Is it a selector or something?

You have to ask someone who started not infected, they all got a mail ingame. They can send 1 cure each day. Once you claim it you can either destroy it or keep the cure. If you get the cure you can send 1 each day to others as well.

I destroyed the cure. Infected mushroom style.

That would involve both basic reading skills and a bit of foresight. Way too much for the average player. Looks like we should have enough to overtake the cure-ers as long as they keep trying to send cures.

I'm finding that some people with the cure do not want to send it to infected players out of spite, if we admit that we're going to destroy it. They only want to send it to us if we'll convert to their side. So if we ask for it on a second day from the same person, they'll know we didn't use it, and suddenly not want to send it to us. It's a structural problem with the incentives in this event. There is no incentive for the people with the cure to keep sending it to us every day if we're just going to destroy it.

Except thats entirely dependent on you being sent multiple cures. There's no real incentive for the cure side to keep sending to the same people over and over again. If they don't send cures you're **** out of luck.

Infected should be able to spread the hunger by duelling, BG or Arena and earning points for it. And the cure shouldnt be permanent. THAT would have been true to Marvel Zombie lore and it would be a more challenging Event. As for now, it all depends in good will from the cured ones...and the ability to understand this messed up Event. Period!!!

Same. Hoping some people on the cured side are more willing to help out a little later in the event. I think a lot of people are still just confused right now.

The big problem for hunger side is that we should destroy cure to gain points.

But it seems nobody from cure side is bothered to send the cure.
In my alliance there are players from both sides and even after asking for sending the cure in chats, nobody sent it to me.

Easy win for cure side if they will just not send the cure.

Would be nice to have some explanation from Kabam how we should earn points then.

Also, I would like to have the rewards of my side, even if we lose, just because there are better profile pictures. Im OK with less rewards of other things, just give me some of these nice hunger pictures.

I’m done harassing my friends and alliances mates for cures to destroy. I spent 2 days bothering everyone and managed to receive just 1. I don’t blame them. This was event was terribly designed.

Someone said in another post that whichever side has the higher score at the end that’s the rewards everyone gets. That means us on team hunger will never get the zombie pfp at this rate.

I think you get the peak milestone from your own realm event, but there is also a selector that everyone gets based on which side wins.

We are asking for the cure just because to earn more points, hunger team needs destroy the cure.
