Has anyone ever tested Ultron against Glancing mechanic?

His Functions are not subject to AAR.. means any hit that triggers a function shouldn't Glance? But I've never tested it

You'd still glance, but the effects on his hits wouldn't change. Kinda like using Shuri on node 3 in war. She's not gonna hit hard at all, but she's still gonna place her shocks with 100% accuracy.

Until recently the answer would have been 'No-one'; but then Beta Ray Bill came along - he has a Steady buff, which lets him bypass Glancing.

Champs with increased ability accuracy (Longshot, Dr Voodoo) or who are immune to having their ability accuracy reduced (Ultron, Shuri, Archangel, Mysterio, etc) can bypass the AAR part of glancing; but still won't be able to land Crits. Attuma works, too.

So, testing Shuri Vs Sersi, whilst Shuri has charges, the Glancing buff won't stop Shuri from inflicting Shocks; but she'll only inflict Shock debuffs - she can't inflict Crits, so won't inflict Critical Shock Passives.

OP, I've checked Ultron Vs Sersi, and he works very well - his Functions remained reliable

And also, BRB's steady buff isn't that great. It doesn't come in handy on pretty much anyone with glancing.

Beta Ray Bill is Immune to Shock and Power Drain. When the Power Drain Immunity triggers, he gains a Power Gain Passive, granting 1 Bar of Power over 0.5 seconds. Cooldown: 14 seconds.
When starting a fight against Tech Champions or when Immune to an effect, gain a Buff for 20 seconds.

Yeah, that's why I pointed it out, it was said that he has a steady buff which bypasses glancing, and I was saying it was true, but barely usable and only in very rare cases, like FAM. You cured?
