After few days of this event, I think there is one major issue which defeating the purpose of this event: there is no incentive for non-infected players to gift cure to infected players. Also, there were a lot of meaningless friendly exchanges between non-infected players.
Your team designed the event which required the Hunger group to gain points via (1) Daily Tummy Troubles and (2) Destroy The Cure. In order gain 4x point the Hunger need cure gifted by Cure group. However, your team at the same time create a competitive element via peak milestone realm event. In this respect, what's the incentive for Cure group to gift cure to Hunger group if Hunger can destroy the cure and get 4x point?
I think your team can consider to give 1 extra point to Appetite Contests Solo Event for any cure gifted by Cure group (if your system can handle then it is even better if point only given when the cure is given to Hunger player).
Without proper elaboration from your team, I don't think it's easy to players to understand this sentence in your website:
"If enough people stay with Hunger, it would be easy for them to win. Hunger members need to break 5x Cure items to match the max number of points someone can get for the Cure Event. It would be very possible for Hunger to break ahead."
