New incursion not giving credit for bonus event

I just completed an incursion doing the new Symbiote difficulty and cleared zone 30, but I didn’t not get any credit towards my alliance event. Any idea as to why?

I think it is pretty lame that it's tied to alliance. I'm only gettiing the first milestone lol

so basically even if i reach sector 15, i won't get the final reward ? my alliance is pretty dead, it thats the case then i am only getting first reward

Correct, you will not get the bonus rewards for being in an alliance with enough active members.

And you need to reach zone 30, not 15. You get one point for beating zone 30.

How long did it take for point to register? I completed zone 30, and have not received credit for doing so.

I thought it was all zones after 30 till 45 but having to do it 15 times sucks

You can't do it 15 times, you only get the one point once. Need 14 other alliances members to clear it too.

I can't enter symbiote sector, I have Steve and his 3* synergy champs but the symbiote sector still shows up red, am I doing something wrong am I missing something?

Alliance mate just finished zone 30 in the Symbiotic Sector and clicked to 31 to make sure he'd get the 1 point for the alliance event and nothing. He's sending in a ticket.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex so this is a hail Mary attempt because I doubt the ticket I submitted will provide any help. These alliance tied events need to be better. Today I switched Alliances, a normal thing to do in this game. I completed my zone 30 run last night. So I got my point, cool no big deal. Make the switch and notice the point didn’t follow me to the new alliance. Dang my bad okay fine I’ll do another run.
I check when I joined and both my previous alliance and new alliance are at the same milestone so no point farming or trying to claim rewards already achieved. So I do my second zone 30 run and 3 hours later… no point. Well dang that really sucks.
I’ve submitted a ticket but I’m sure others will have this same problem down the road. I’m sure I’m out of luck here but do better. This has been an issue for far too long in the alliance community keeping us locked into a certain alliance and being punished for changing.

I also didn’t get credit for completing zone 30, I even went to zone 31 to be sure. I know it was the right sector because it only allowed me to enter with the summoned symbiote and 3* symbiotes.
