Symbiote incursions question

I play incursions on my main and secondary accounts in duo.

I noticed that in fight on secondary account my symbiote has all evolutions x3.
However on main account it shows some of them as x2.

I activated all the pre-fights and I was doing it as soon as I got the charges. So I cannot activate
missing ones, there are 0 activations shown.

Is this a visual bug, or is it intended for dual incursions?

Whichever account is doing more fights will earn them sooner

I understand this, but it is not a case. I am already in zone 20+ and I earned all of them already.
As you can see from my screenshots, I have 0 activations remaining.

Which is correct, if you've activated and stacked each 3x. What you're looking at is the cost of activation - some cost 1, others 3 and the annihilation costs 5. You will be awarded more charge points than you can use during the 30 level run

0 activations remaining means just that, you can not activate it any more times. At the very start (zone 1) Steve will have 3/3 activations remaining, once you activate one it will then say 2/3 remaining, etc.

I know all of that :). You are missing the point of the problem.

Look at my last screenshot, from the fight. It is a bit dark area due to pause but you can see the number under each evolution. Even though I used all activations, some evolutions stacked at x2, not at x3.
Normally if you activate all the evolutions and build up your symbiote you will see x3 under all evolutions in the fight.
In my case I activated all evolutions 3 times but somehow not all activations worked and evolutions remained at x2.

And I cannot get evolutions to x3 in any means because there are 0 activations.

Anyway, I finished all 30 zones even with reduced symbiote abilities. But I could feel the difference between bugged symbiote on main account and not bugged on secondary.
