Where's my free gift like the email says

Got an email saying I should log in for a free gift. Don't see it when I login. Before anyone says that's the compensation, it's actually not. Compensation was for the game issues, and this is clearly called a free gift.

Yeh had the same and now I'm wondering the same too.....

My account says I haven't been on in something like 20k days since last login...I'm guessing a bug is causing emails sent out to "inactive" accounts

That's very obviously just the comp being retitled to a free gift. If you already got comp you are not getting the "free" gift since they are the same thing.

After anyone says it's not the compensation, it absolutely is. Probably trying to rope inactive players back into the game.

Thats the compensation. The email is calling it a free gift to entice players to login.
