Nico vs Okoye

Soon as match started I got 20 poisons and died in 9 seconds. Any help as to why.

As a defender she starts with buff immunity on you. Okoye starts with a ton of precisions. Each of those buffs prevented by her debuff will turn into a poison. Instant dead I’m afraid.
