Been away from the game for a couple years. How far behind am I? Does it look like my roster still holds up? Any major news or noteworthy changes?

A couple years? 7-stars only started 2 years and 5 months ago. Deadpool X-Force only came out as a 7-star last December, less than a year ago. I think your timing estimate is off.
