Wtf is this

I got hit by sinisters sp3 three times back to back in battle ground while fighting with prowler...why this happened I had recording...I will try to post here

my guess is you hit him with your L3 which gives a 100% power efficiency? And since you have the concussion your power drain then fails to trigger so he throws his L3, loses 0 power, and then can throw it again until either power drain triggers or the efficiency expires

Even with just the screenshot, it's enough to show that Sinister's concussion is almost definitely the answer to what happened.
