No Rebirth Crystals in Twitch Drops

Anybody else only get 3 revives and no Rebirth Crystals? Any idea why?

The drops are broken for some ppl. Mine havent worked for months now. Put in a ticket last month and kabam told me it was a twitch issue and twitch told me it was a kabam issue and this went round in circles for several messages so my solution is to never watch a livestream again. Sorry i aint got any advice that will help you with your issue but i just decided to stop spending and i no longer about anything kabam do, they've proven time and again they dont care about their community.

@KabamPinwheel has said in a few places that they can manually send the twitch drops to players that didn't get them, just have to give it some time before they'll do it to make sure they didn't show up. Sounds more like you quit before they had the opportunity to care.

Didnt quit, i got the emails this played out for a few days. Kabam told me twitch needed to confirm with them that i watched the content to witch twitch (no pun intended) said kabam were responsible for rewards and even tho i replied to kabam with a screenshot of twitches response (and vice versa provided twitch with a screenshot of kabams response) was still told they couldnt help me and just cant send out rewards to anyone. Btw reset my kabam twitch connection and watched the stream this month and still didnt get them (dont care about that just wanted to see). They make care for some but certainly didnt in my case but its fine they just wont get anymore of my money. Ill stay ftp til the wheels fall off.

I didn’t get them last live stream. Everything is connected. I’ve got them in the past. So I stopped watching the live stream. I’ll just read up on it after. Sucks that it’s broken for some of us when it used to work.

Sorry to hear it's broken for some people. I figured out the issue with mine was that for some reason watching one of the replays didn't log the watch time correctly and it stopped short (hence why I only got the first reward). Only thing I can think of is that it stopped logging watch time when I casted to my TV, but idk for sure what the issue was.. Anyway, I rewatched another replay, and the time logged correctly and I got all the drops.

Sorry for a noob question, but do I have to watch exactly one specific video or live video published by Kabam to register the watching time? I just watched their 8 hour video issued in Nov for 50 mins but saw nothing in my inventory. Can I watch other live videos by others to accumulate the time for this event?

You have to watch the live stream, or the replay of the live stream. You can't watch past videos.

You can also go into your profile on twitch, click settings then drops to see your watch time progress for any current drops.
