I did not get my compensation

I was away from the game for a month or so and didnt recieve the titan nexus in my mail ,what should i do ? also there were 2 compensations just saw on YT i received none ? pls help

you only get the compensation if you opened a Titan during the window of time they specified. You’re not automatically entitled to this particular compensation just by logging in.

That's not the comp they're talking about. They're talking about the general comp that was sent a few weeks ago for the game issues.

Kabam did send a message out saying that said comp would be available upon logging in, but at this point, as others have stated, that comp may have already expired.

The items usually last around a month. It’s a week in the mail but then once its gone from there it remains in the stash for about 3 weeks or so. You probably just missed out on it.
