Thoughts on the new Jane Foster Buff?

Big shock damage and yellow numbers. Thoughts? Will she be a good 7 star?

watched KT1’s review…

super short synopsis- doesn’t answer the big cosmic defenders or really many meta defenders at all. Cashing out SP2 makes you re-ramp everything. Big yellow numbers and SP3 rotations for vanilla defenders….. not exactly exciting

Hardly anything more exciting than her last buff. I'd say it seems like a waste of time, but it doesn't seem like it took that much time. I will not be excited in the slightest to get her.

As someone who was a Jane Foster player before the buff, this buff just gutted any usage she had. her ability to chain stuns and have guaranteed Crits when the opponent was stunned was her main damage output and also kept her power control/utility constantly up. now you must sacrifice all your power control for damage that's less than her previous guaranteed Crit damage. plus they removed her big energy resistance, and 30% perfect block chance. IMO this is a nerf for a champion that did NOT need a nerf.

She was a much better serpent counter before her "buff" with her 30% perfect block chance, big energy resist, and more consistent power control.

Another mediocre buff, there is literally not a single thing she does that would make you pick her over Kushala Nico Spiral Shathra Werewolf Juggs and probably even the new Spider Man we're getting. She has good damage but doesn't handle any meta cosmics particularly fast so what even is the point? It's like they wanted her buff to counter Hyperion Sersi Knull and Gorr as if we were still living in 2022-2023 when they were meta relevant defenders.
