Been that way since like July. They said it was because some players (that may or may not exist) thought there was too much to start a month, but since they made the change it has been just as often that it has created more problems being pushed back.

seriously, it’s entirely to try and NOT release a broken SQ every month. that change just got lost in the shuffle of all the… “current events” seems the most diplomatic.
