Not Getting EQ Rewards

I’m doing my initial completion of EQ and I’m realizing I’m not getting some of the rewards. I attached a photo, I’ve completed multiple quests and gotten 0 7* shards. I restarted the game and still haven’t gotten them. Anyone else having this problem?

This one unlocks when you complete 6 quests. It is stupid that it shows when you don't even get it but i can see that you have completed 5 quested and this one unlocks at 6. Do one more and you will get these rewards.

Also, check the reward structure, the one that's like a table. It will make more sense.

I haven’t missed any of the new EQs, I can’t believe I never noticed. Thanks for letting me know!
