Claimed Twitch drops not showing up in game?

I personally got all of my twitch drops but I am the leader of an alliance and have had some of my members tell me they’re having issues receiving their drops even though they are connected to twitch and have earned progress and clicked claim on the drops? The alliance is for newer players who are learning the game so a lot of stuff confuse them and they come to me for answers but I don’t really know what to tell them other then Kabam will most likely give out in game mail or a promo code to fix the issue? Just wanted to make a post here to see if I could get a response from Kabam on what they’re doing with situations like this? It’s quite a few people, at least 5 and they’re all showing me screenshots in discord of them claiming the drops but them not showing up in game. Thank you in advance for any help!

They don't work on the weekends. Tell your alliance mates to submit a support ticket

ah that’s understandable, they have submitted tickets and they’re getting automated responses from Ai that are not answering the question or giving correct help so figured forums where a human could provide a response was the next best thing.
