This honestly made me so mad…. It was a shard selector not an actual Titan Selector like it was shown. I literally raged when I saw what I got…. 20 more sigs on Gentle instead of KD which I haven't been able to pull in 30 or so titans…

Looks like a modder change @MakaveliThizzle champion selector into a titan crystal selector. I would ask Kabam to ban the modder who did this to your account. I got a champion selector and I picked Nico. She's just is an amazing champ. I would submit a ticket since it's suppose to be a champion selector. You can't trust those evil modders………..

its not about generosity, the value of the reward or semantics, its about fair advertisement and standing by your word.

When Kabam gives you a nexus you know you get 3 choices, when they give you abyss nexus you know you get 5. When they give you a selector you expect a selection of the pool given. Example when they give you a 2024 selector you know you can select a champ from the 2024 list. Therefore people that have been on this game for a long time have set expectations. Switching it when awarded is an unwelcome surprise .

my biggest issue with this is that they didn't even call it a Titan Selector in game. Instead it was called Summoner Fest Crystal Shard Selector. Why not advertise it with the same name?

This is a pure example of a closed and shut case of false advertisement and the photo of the actual reward vs the advertised reward is enough to get through the burden of proof in court .

I just don't understand why would Kabam go through this with everything going against them .

Most competent viewers were not expecting to get a titan nexus or titan where you could choose anyone in the pool. If they called it a crystal shard selector nobody would have watched the stream for it. It should have been advertised as a titan, and that is what it was: a selector where the top prize is a titan. The fault for this misunderstanding is on YOU, not Kabam.

"Crystal shard selector" would not be correctly advertising it. It makes it sound like there's not a titan for valiants, which there is. It is his fault for misunderstanding because a reasonable person would not have assumed that titan selector meant titan nexus or a selector that lets you pick any champ in the titan.

It is more than reasonable to expect to be able to select ANY champion from the titan pool for watching a live stream that you could just have easily had playing in the background, muted while you did other stuff? I'm not even strawmanning you and that's what's funny.
