Even so I have to say that I am one of those who enjoyed and managed to watch live both streams. Kabam team actually did a good job with all the new announcements.

The future of mcoc looks pretty good for a change and both sides need to chill out

We just have to see it on paper because the last 2-3 years of mcoc, have been really bad.

Kabam needs to improve the communication with the community just like the community needs to stop whining about every little thing.

Really disappointing to see this response. I'm going to assume you are tired and overworked from the weekend, but as community manager you should be doing better. If you aren't in a mindset to deal with the community (which I'm sure is am absurdly hard job) you need to tap out and rest up and leave responses until the next day.

I say kabam just keeps it for the people that watch it live and those who don't watch it live but whine about it get banned instead. Simple solution.

In Dave's defense, I'd be pissed off and sarcastic too. ALOT of work and preparation went into the Event, and they wanted a way to include the people at home watching. Cut to people arguing and complaining about the bonuses they gave for watching. I mean, come on. It's a little disrespectful.

The idea was pretty good and both streams were fun and enjoyable. I wish we had another day of stream and more matches/games like the one with the many questions to watch.

But unfortunately many people couldn't participate in the stream because of the timezones.

I think the best solution it would be to send a small but good reward to everyone as a celebration token and then keep the better rewards for those who participate and watch the steam.

I mean for big events like the summoners fest etc.

Also good job with the new announcements and the overall experience.! I really like the way we heading, as long the execution is good on the paper.!

Well there is a positive side though, if the temporary ban is lifted from Twitch. You guys can put your favorite Kabam employee with a chair, a table and a bag of rice and put him/her to count how many grains are in the bag just so people can fullfil the 12 hours. Wouldn't be quality or fun stream content, but it would bypass Twitch ToS and give the players what was promised...

They could have left the rewards for the people who went live only and no one would be able to say anything. It happens in every convention.

I appreciate the good intentions; a lot of people have good intentions. Now good intentions + good execution is a total different story. I think people are more frustrated about the constant bad executions.

12 hours was way too much anyway.

No one can come close to Saasy Miike in handling haters. I always liked how he never backed down. We all can see who are here just for the sake of hating. Unless you are Mr action first think later miike, you should avoid the confrontational sarcastic tone. If anybody didn't get it, I'm taking about og Kabam Miike.(I don't hate Dave or karatemike)

Forums require strict moderation like old times... I/many have been jailed plenty times and lot of us knows what goes and what doesn't around here. With 0 moderation forums have become way too aggressive and off topic.

I have to disagree since I live in the Philippines and waited until 2:00 am to watch. It was on a weekend, so it wasn't a problem. It was also split into 2 days and that made it better. The stream was great and I enjoyed it better than most other streams. Kabam did a really great job and I even heard a few comments about the AI not cooperating, LOL! I am OK with having to watch a LIVESTREAM live. I know that Kabam was trying to help people claim the rewards and I commend them for that, but Live is only Live once. I also understand Twitch, since restreaming isn't a livestream.

I like how it was basically done with good intentions, and we seem to be ungrateful. Well sorry Kabam and employees, you guys have been breaking Twitch ToS for quite a long time, it was probably going under the radar cause it was 1 hour monthly streams. I mean, shouldn't you guys have looked at Twitch's ToS and realize even the monthly livestream repeat for drops was not allowed?... We didn't know this; but then again we are not supposed to know we are just the consumers.

I didn't ask to watch 12 hours of anything. Where did you get this from?

You guys are the one putting rewards in livestreams to incentivise watching streams because in all due respect, people can't stand to hear you or other Kabam employees yap for hours on end just for a couple screenshots we can get from a 20 minute Lagacy video.

My advice; stop with the live streams and work on putting together informative road maps instead. Too lazy to do it? Send information to the hundreds of content creators you have to offer and let them do the work for you.

Stop if what you say is true then why link gifts to the stream? Why not just give us that **** and say we hope you watch the stream instead? You act like the stream isn't just a big add and kabam isn't reaping any benefits and is just some benevolent saints giving away rewards for nothing. All those super smart people at kabam and not 1 read the tos of twitch? I find that hard to believe. Also you weren't banned for nothing, the tos is pretty clear and if you were being honest the fact that if you didn't give that incentive then you wouldn't have much of an audience. Would you?resteam or not. 12 hours is ridiculous by the way
