terrible ui and even worse support team. just completely ignored.

thought i'd share this before i leave the game.

regarding the games lack of indication that completing incursions sector 30 wont give you alliance rewards despite clearly showing that the rewards are still up for grabs.
for reference, there always used to be a red text under alliance milestones letting you know that you cant claim rewards (if they aren't claimable)
there was no indication that these rewards were not up for grabs on the UI, infact it shows that they are still claimable as long as you contribute to the alliance event. this is a massive UI fault that has wasted many peoples time, including mine.

here's what happened when i contacted kabam concisely regarding compensation

after the first automatic bot email, i was completely ignored thereafter. a consumer shouldn't need to be ignored especially regarding a problem that is not unique to just that 1 consumer. kabam has chosen to simply ignore everyone whos time was wasted by this. this shows major flaw, in any company.

that's reason enough to me to quit this game again after a week, and permanently.

what the phuck kind of customer service just ignores the consumer after sending a copy paste reply? not one worth sticking around for.

You were sent a message in-game at the start of the event that said any rewards gained by an alliance prior to you joining that alliance would not be rewards that you are eligible to earn.

Historically, alliance events with this setup, where each milestone is claimable once achieved, have ALWAYS worked like this. This isn't anything new. What is new is that Kabam added communication and sent it out to all players to warn them of this fact.

Kabam doesn't owe you anything.

yeah the support in this game is a waste of time unless it's something super simple. They don't care at all, and the fact that they change the warning system so it doesn't show u in game that you aren't eligible for rewards is something that I didn't even know and could see how you weren't aware. Don't listen to this furry guy he's on here all the time like he has no life at all lmao just to disagree with people and rage bait. There's a couple of other guys to but unfortunately you still won't get the rewards even if kabam is wrong. Idk why they would take away those red timers, seems kinda stupid to take away a warning system. Anyways at least the incursions had milestones so u got those rewards. Like u said u don't spend money so if you aren't enjoying the game ….. I personally trynot to ever talk to support since it's just going to be an agravating experience.

historically there was a red text below alliance rewards to say you couldn't claim them if you joined too late. obviously you either dont remember or haven't played long enough.

kabam absolutely owes me and many other players compensation for clearly very obvious reasons you can't seem to grasp. wasted time by ui fault is absolutely a reason for compensation, and that's literally undeniably what this is. theres no "you should've known cause you should've read the news letter" as the rewards clearly showed they were still up for grabs, until i completed the quest, THEN it changes to say they cant be claimed. this is dysfunctional. are you saying you're dysfunctional too? you reaaally don't see the flaw in logic here?

yah i agree. i think this is just serving as an opening experience to show me not to come back to the game after a couple years. its obviously downgraded since i left it, and i left it at a slop back when they kept changing the ai while claiming they weren't changing the ai till months later. took them ages to admit to the shadow updates which were blatant nonetheless.

But in this case, there's no timer; because you don't get them at all. Period.

Also, it's not like you don't get any rewards by doing the incursions itself. Based on when you did it, you could've done them a second time, and get all those rewards again.

At most, you can describe your situation as "right place, wrong time"

Unless of course, you've been playing since at least 2023, in which case, you have been exposed to how these kind of alliance events work before.

OR, and hear me out, the reasonable next logical step would be: that i used to play the game, but left it, and recently came back! im proud of you for trying to work that out but sadly you just didn't quite get there. logical conclusions are quite a conundrum sometimes.
