Is arena ever going to get an update?

I’m not asking for a “buff” or anything, but literally just fix the bugs. The game mode is so clunky that it’s barely playable now. The A.I. is complete garbage for 15 rounds, the champion filtering has been broken for years. Manually requesting help for champs is slow, can take up to five minutes. Sometimes you randomly can’t scroll on the champ screen, Death matches, Can’t use pre-fights, Arena Express is paywalled for whatever reason. You guys say you hear our concerns, yet this mode has been left to gather dust for years. This mode either needs a quality of life update or should just be deleted and the rewards be distributed elsewhere.

enjoy it while you can, there is at least one voice in Kabam that wants them nerfed into oblivion

If fixing a few bugs equates to Kabam essentially nuking the mode, then it’s better off just deleting it. It would be genuinely embarrassing behavior to hold the entire mode hostage with the threat of nerfing it to 💩 if bugs were to get fixed, especially when you already have to do a ridiculous amount of work just to get a tiddly wink of units. If there is no intention of fixing it then delete.

No. Kabam has already said if they fix arenas, they're nerfing the game mode itself. If it ain't broke, don't fix it bruv

Only thing that bothers me of what you said is not being able to use pre-fights. That should be fixed. There are no death matches if you know how to trigger an infinite streak. After this many years, you had ample time to figure out how infinite streak works.

The filtering is really broke in the Solo Raids mode. You can't simply filter by the three types of Raids champs unless you dig halfway into the long "wall of text" filter options.

Seriously if you can't play well in Arenas which is the easiest content in the game, it means your roster can't handle 7* R4 champions which is flooding into the game at an incredible speed

We are going to have 7* R5 champions next year and it is going to be worse for rosters like yours

The problem isn't the mode itself, it's your roster is lagging behind the top 7* champions available to be used as defenders in arenas

Kabam knows about this but this is intentional to make grinding units harder for players

Many smaller accounts players now grind 4* arena bcos it's fairer there, 4* vs 4*

I completely agree with the AI in arena being absolute garbage. It’s probably the worst out of all modes in the game.

People dont seem to understand the concept of a budget for the units. In an extreme case if it was deleted altogether, the budget of units elsewhere would also increase to compensate for it. So its not as bad as people make it out to be.
