Why is this allowed?

I was watching a BG stream from Trap today, and he ran into a modder. Everyone in the chat knew this player as a modder and warned Trap, and this modder has been on other content creator streams modding and is still playing in the top tiers despite all the evidence and reports to Kabam.

And of course, the modder used his mods and beat Trap, which then resulted in Trap telling the modder things such as: (1) "You should go kill yourself." and (2) "You're a f--- weirdo virgin, and probably Indian."

Which leads me to two questions:

(1) Why is a player allowed to mod all season in the highest tiers of BGs despite numerous top veteran players and numerous content creators (this guy modded on Nick136's stream too) all reporting him?

(2) Why is an official MCOC Content Creator allowed to engage in ethnic discrimination and self-harm incitement live on stream?

Realistically I'd assume kabam folks don't monitor content creators in their program too much directly as long as they have a decent following and do mostly mcoc content. That'd be a lot of content to watch.

Yeah I have no idea what the relationship entails. But this CC also routinely uses phrases like "that's gay" to refer to something that's bad, so the whole idea of having an official association with MCOC (as opposed to just being a random player who streams) is weird to me.

IIts nearly Christmas so the snowflakes are here. Saying that's gay isn't anything to wild. If you have a problem with the way someone is then don't watch their content. If their content is offensive then report it. Also remember people aren't all from the same place so different words and phrases mean different things. Depending on geography.

Offensive is offensive. Saying something is "gay" is not only inappropriate, it's childish.

I can understand how countries are an issue when one country doesn't tolerate it and others might even reward that behavior with being voted into office, but wrong is wrong.

People aren't snowflakes because they're calling out bad behavior. Racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, telling someone they should off themselves, all of those and more, are examples of things people no longer consider as acceptable language.

Calling people snowflakes is what people do when they don't want to change their abusive behavior.

Yeah, but as someone from the UK, I can confirm that saying "That's gay" does (as you would think) essentially imply that it's something useless or bad; because being gay is bad.

I mean, yes: it's a term that's a lot less abusive than earlier terms were, so I guess that's progress. And gay people will use it themselves in conversation to make the point that something is stereotypically 'gay'; a bit like black men in America will use the N-word when talking with each other. But I'm pretty sure that's not the case here.

I used to watch his content and then he decided to quit MCOC and not coming back with all his sad stories, life problems, mentally tired, how he's alone and wants to get out of shithole that he mentions everytime and got lots of sympathy for that.

While posting videos of how he will never return to MCOC because of the problems in game and his conditions, he barely survived 3 month with his promise. I just see that he just need something to yell at to get his frustration out and viewers like it so he keeps doing it. This time he mentioned India next time it will be something else or some person, he just need a reason to vent out.
