I purchased the Cavalier All Father Odin’s Vault by mistake because of a bug that only showed the Cavalier version in the web store. I clearly explained this to support and provided video proof of the issue.
Support acknowledged the bug and thanked me for reporting it, but then refused to help with a refund or to exchange the Cavalier All Father Odin’s Vault items for the Valiant All Father Odin’s Vault items, claiming that I opened a Nexus Founders War 7 Star Crystal from the Regal Ravager Track.
This is not true.
The only Nexus Founders War 7-Star Crystal I opened was the one I received from the web store promo code “MARYPOPPINSYALL”.
The crystal from the Regal Ravager Track is still unused in my crystal inventory. I also sent video proof of this.
Despite providing clear video evidence, support has now stopped responding to me.
I also contacted Kabam Dork and offered to share my screen live to prove that the Regal Ravager crystal is still in my account, but I haven’t received any response.
At this point, I honestly can’t believe how this situation is being handled.
Since videos cannot be uploaded here, I am attaching screenshots of the ticket and proof instead.
I am only asking for a fair resolution for a purchase that happened due to a store display bug, but instead I am being accused of lying.
