Battlegrounds not recognizing progress

I had the same issue initially. Restarting the game fixed it.

I just fought 5 different fights in BG and the game didn't register any of the battles. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I used energy instead of the elder marks.

same thing happening to me. I’ve restarted the game and there was no change.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I believe It has something to do with the game not registering the change from offseason to season. In the Match History tab, it says these matches are taking place in the off season.

Unranked is unranked. You have to do ranked, which means elder marks. You can trade energy for EM in the BG store.

Were you using energy or EM? Offseason shows when you use energy in the unranked mode.

When did that get explained? It's a pretty big change, you'd hope for a clear explanation via in-game message. I don't watch live streams and I only go on forums when I have an issue I can't figure out (so 2-3 times a year). This is a game, I don't expect to have to do homework

Unranked is casual, ranked is to climb the victory track. I don't think they need an in-game message for that. And if you stop and think about it, why would they allow you to climb the victory track with less energy than before, or use Elder marks?

Now what could have been conveyed more and better is that you can't convert energy to EM now in the BG store.
