Let's call this what it is
Let me start out by saying that I was one of those people who was working at the crystal launch, so I wasn't able to win the 7 star crystal lottery. I also am not mad at anyone who will be benefiting from Kabam's decision! However, if Kabam created physical products instead of digital ones, there is no way this is how they would have resolved this issue. If a store sent you the wrong product, they would say we are sorry, please return your item and we will be sure to get you what you paid for. They would not say, oh just keep it and we will give you your correct item as well! The FAIR thing would have been for kabam to claw back the bugged crystals and all of the associated items. That would have required too much work, so Kabam did the quick and easy option which is to just give those affected bonus crystals. It is not fair, at all. It's a lazy decision. Anyone who opened bugged crystals is getting double purchases. Ive seen videos of people opening Serpents, Photons, Gentles, Okoyes, etc. Those are not worthless additions. Even the dupes provide sigs, titan shards, etc. Those items in game all cost a TON of units, battle tokens, loyalty, radiance, or real cash, and Kabam just gave a random group of summoners a ton of resources for free because of their ineptitude. Kabam I thought that you said "we hear you, and we are going to improve"...this is not it.
