I can't understand I watch live stream from Kabam on the website and the computer says that the rewards are received and in the game I get nothing I have an account connected to the game You will explain it to me

I got the first three drops no problem but then lost Internet connection for a while and as a result got to 65% for the 7* shards. I watched the rest of the stream when I could and since watched the whole stream twice more but I can't get it to move beyond 65%. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks. @KabamPinwheel ?

The drop campaign has already ended, so there is nothing that can be done. And for the future, watching a replay of the stream doesn't progress you toward earning Twitch drops. Twitch drops can only be earned during live broadcasts, so you either need to be watching the primary stream or watch an MCoC streamer that has drops enabled within the 24 hours following Kabam's s
