Kabam support unresponsive

Recently I've realized that submitting a request with the Kabam support is instantly set on 'solved' upon submission and seems to not get revisited at all. I rarely use the tool but with the new AW preseason it seems AAR is messing with the damage increase from AW vigor as in it's failing the damage increase even at 22 vigor stacks, so I tried to report it for bug revision. I've tried reporting a bug in set 9.3 when it released and was also instantly set on 'solved' never receiving a response from Kabam. I was wondering if others are also struggling to report in-game bugs and issues through the tool designed for it.

The question that needs to be answered - is what you're reporting actually bugs or just interactions you don't understand?

Having played the last Big Thing season I know xbones used to work for that Node in particular, he gained vigor by failing buffs. Testing the same Node in preseason with a r4 sig 200 xbones this preseason I can't hit higher than 50k a hit with 22 vigor. Comparably Jean Grey with 22 vigor hits for 1,4M. I've been playing T1 war for a minute and it's definitely a bug if it messes with a core mechanic of the game mode.

I have had nothing but very positive and helpful interactions with kabam support team in the 3 times I've had to contact them this year. Granted none were for bugs and all to do with my account.

Kabam support rarely is helpful. Been playing for 10+ years & In my last 4 tickets over the last year and a half, just stone wall - closed. I'm not just sending in random requests - aka "give me this"…

Most recent is inquiring about BGs "Kabammed" emote from Season 33. I defeated our beloved Kabam Employee Karate Mike @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex in BGs for Season 33 and never got the emote. Kabam denying because it was in the Pre-Season date range😅 yet no where in the Season 33 post says pre-season doesn't count - only season VT or GC, etc. Friendly matches have counted… why wouldn't a pre-season match not when we are using the same nodes, etc?

If something in the game ever goes awry, I just know tickets will get shut down w/o any real understanding & care of the situation. 🫠
