Missing Mighty 12 hour selector

I successfully claimed the 12-hour Twitch Drop. I received the 2,000 Awakening Shards, but I am still missing the 12-hour mighty selector (main reward).
I have already tried unlinking and re-connecting my Twitch account to my game account, but this did not resolve the issue.
I submitted ticket yesterday but no one response me yet.
Could anyone help me to fix this problem?

I received the main reward immediately but the awakening gem shards didn’t come through to many hours later

Sorry to tag — I’ve been waiting for a response on my support ticket regarding a missing 12-hour Twitch Drop selector. Please be patient, lots of activity (and a few issues) over the past week so support is dealing with a fair few tickets. They'll get to you soon and be best equipped to help review your account and make sure you got the reward!
