Racism all the time

not saying that there aren’t problems with global (we got all the above in repeated offenders) but it is also a community space for many. I would like to see better reporting rather than total shutdown.

10 years ago , KANG would appear in the global chat and ban those who broke ToS in the chat.

Global can be a nice community with people sharing knowledge and rank up decisions. People like that just ruin it.

While I fully agreed with you that is the original idea behind Global Chat when the game first start, and yes back in the day, Kabam actually have staffs monitoring it.

However things have evolved, Kabam now have created many more official channel for players to communicate (where we like it or not), and it sound like lot more monitored.

While at the same time the ingame Global Chat have been neglected and left as a wild west. I haven't hear of many positive community building conversations happening there now.

So maybe it might be time to turn off the function, one less space for Kabam to "not" manager. Might help improve the server too.

Anyway just my 2 seconds.

Our support team does their best to catch as much of this as they can, and reporting through them is 100% the best way to escalate these reports to us. Just a lot of folks that chat and unfortunately bad apples often ruin the whole bunch.

That said this player is now perma muted in global

the solution is simple . Penalty for anyone who says racist **** . Penalty that will increase every time you do to . You say something racist /bigoted/ misogynistic you get fined a 200 units . You do it a second time the penalty is 1000 units , the third time 5000 units etc . Watch now those people will manage to very quickly learn how to behave . And this will make more then enough money for Kabam to be able to hire a a few minimum wage workers who will go through every reported message

that won’t work at all but if you go after their units and they will lose their sh@y and start playing victim to anyone who will listen . They always do . Plus this way Kabam has a small financial incentive to do it .
