Hello! I have a question I cannot find an answer to, and I hope you can help me.
Deadpool's signature ability states that when the "Bleed" debuff is removed from Champions, it turns into a passive "Shbleed Dooboof" effect. For each such effect, the opponent's regeneration rate is reduced by 5% (at signature ability level 1) and by 20% (at the maximum signature ability level). Deadpool applies 35 stacks of "Bleed" when using Special Attack 1. Accordingly, at level 1, his signature ability should reduce the opponent's regeneration rate by 175% (35 effects × 5%).
However, in my observations, this mechanic does not work correctly against Nick Fury. His signature ability description does not specify the exact regeneration rate. After some calculations and reviewing slow-motion footage, I determined that Nick Fury regenerates approximately 115% of his health in his second life. This regeneration might be somehow tied to Masteries; I don't rule that out.
In the end, we have Deadpool's regeneration reduction of 175% versus Nick Fury's regeneration of 115%.
Hence my question: why does Deadpool at signature ability level 1 not completely block Nick Fury's second life? I have the impression this ability has been working incorrectly for a whole year now.
Many people believe he needs a signature ability at level 200 to block Nick Fury's second life, but I truly believe Deadpool should block the second life at signature ability level 1!
If I am mistaken, I would appreciate a detailed explanation as to why Deadpool does not block 100% of Nick Fury's second life at signature ability level 1. Among everyone I've asked, no one has been able to provide a clear answer: people either don't know how it works or claim everything is fine but cannot explain the logic.
If no answer is found for this question, then it most likely is indeed a bug that needs fixing.
Thank you all for your attention!
