So is it impossible to be part of the banquet unless you are in an alliance ?

Has to take a month of the game so quite understandably my alliance couldn’t keep me and this is the first time I am not in an alliance with the banquet . Are there any options to still get at least part of the rewards

There's still the solo and realm event with lots of rewards to claim, you just wont be able to participate in the alliance portion. Still lots of good stuff up for grabs!

Because before the timer was a thing, people use to alliance jump multiple times during the event and grab rewards from alliance milestones repeatedly. Those same people created tons of backup accounts just to farm units and inflated the alliances score. And on top of all that, those same people were usually credit card scammers that used the gifting to max out a card or whatnot, send all the items to alliance members for even more points then grab refunds through google/apple on a stolen credit card number. Gifting (what banquet used to be called) was full of cheating and unsportmanship style stuff. The timer eliminates all of that.
