Correct one who to dupe

Sorry for the confusion another post was suddenly posted. Who shall i dupe. All are r4's except Stark spidey but he go directly to r4 when i get him. I want to play story to make 9.2 and 9.3 100% and i play much BG. I have a generic awakening gem.

Every time i see my poll options are not placed.
So here are my options

Poll option doesn't work anymore. You should awaken okoye. She requires sig level 1 only and benefits a lot. so you won't need to use sig stones on her as well.

Depends not only on awakening but how many sigs you're willing to invest. Here are my notes:

Starky benefits from the awakening, but I'm not sure of his ideal sig levl. Rare to find as he's only in Carina's challenge

Fantman wants sig200 to be a great dual threat. Rare - not available in the 7 star crystal yet.

Serpent needs sig1 for his immortality to be a great defender - but he's in the generic 7 star crystal

Kingpin - wants sig 200 for max damage, but can be ranked in chunks of 65 to get benefits. Very rare - Banquet was the first time we've seen him and probably won't again any time soon.

Captain Britain - Very rare - only seen once in the plat track so almost impossible to dupe.

If you can high sig Britain she invalidates Jack as a counter. Watching people spam angry emotes are chefs kiss.
