Discrepancy in Banquet Event Points

Hi Team,

I have been checking my Banquet Event points over the past couple of days and noticed a discrepancy that I would like to bring to your attention.

Currently, my Solo and Realm Banquet points both show 6,600, whereas my Alliance Banquet points are only 4,400. Since all three Banquet events started on the same day, I am unsure how this difference occurred.

Due to this mismatch in points, I am unable to claim certain rewards, and my efforts toward the event seem to have gone unrewarded. I kindly request you to please look into this issue and help clarify or resolve the discrepancy at the earliest.

When did you join your current alliance? I'm guessing, recently, which triggered the alliance timer and you bought/opened crystals while the timer was still active.

Most likely due to the issue at the start of banquet that was giving alliance points to people newly in alliances when it should not have.

Probably opening cristal before being eligible in the alliance event

i had join before the event starts and i noted also whenever i open by giving 300 units sometimes it get added sometimes it was not added there is some bug .. please note this issue kabam..

You had to be in your alliance for 14 days before the event started, not just join before the event

You opened crystals when you were not eligible to earn points in the alliance event. There is no issue here.

There's nothing to be noticed. You opened crystals when you were not eligible. You should've never got the points at the start of the banquet to begin with, the only reason you got them was because of a bug.
