Looks like a combination of Zola, Infamous Iron Man, Prowler and Mojo. Damage seems decent (not top tier), but his utility seems pretty good for a tech champ.

Cowardice actually lowers Captain Britain's neuroshock damage, so he actually may be good vs her.

It says his shocks gain increased potency, he might be able to do Onslaught might not we'll see. If he can take Britain better than Nimrod tho then yeah I can already see some value there

Onslaught only punish shock effects if they stay on him for 1 second, JJJ shocks are passive burst

He is absolutely mid nothing he does is really that crazy and the scores he puts up against Photon and Spider Woman are meh compared to what CB Okoye and others can put up, he’s not that good as much as Uru players want to bang their heads and say he is.

Anyways I read the whole thing up and down and I found out a couple of things:

The obfuscate debuffs sound very strong and will make him a pretty braindead Spider Woman counter, and basically anything that deals massive damage on block and isn’t immune to aar so probably Photon as well and others (if I read it right).
Like someone pointed out his shocks are instant so a) you won’t get a ton of neuros on you and b) considering they can gain up to 300% potency he should be able to take Onslaught especially since he will take all the power burn damage straight to the face (power burn potency also goes up to 300%) so technically you’ll only be missing a portion of shock damage but not all damage, not even half as a matter of fact. I get that he’s metal but just because a champ is metal doesn’t mean they absolutely suck for Onslaught especially if they don’t crit which J J does, he can’t crit.

The single thing on his kit that can be consider difficult is the prompts due to time, his falter is very basic and his specials all do the same thing

Already starting the year with a mid champ.

Need 200 tricks to take onsie, get fury bht still not reverse control immune for jean. Not a braindead cap britain counter like maker or bastion, and that too he needs to be awakened lol.

Let's wait and see but I'm not optimistic with dis one.

You can counter Jean without reverse control Immunity it just depends on the player,Nimrod,Bastion and Sentinel can take her out without it

Yes man she is very easy to counter literally with any hard hitting non skill champ. But still they provided fury on delirum mainly for her but not reverse control immune like the fury is gonna make a diff lol
