mine showed I was supposed to get 2 1-2 7* rank up gems but I only got 1 and it’s also bugged not showing up in my inventory for the 1 I did get of the 2

It was only ever one. Sometimes there is a delay sending it to the game, so just be patient.

I havent gotten any of my rewards and i claimed them all on twitch. Ive always gotten my rewards almost as soon as i claimed them. Ive logged out the game multiple times.

I am not even able to claim them on twitch. No countdown timer etc very strange.
