Have you 100% explored all Variant Back Issues?

I’ve 100% explored all eight Back Issues on Variant difficulty, and I’ve also fully explored all of them on Classic.

It made me wonder… how many people have actually gone all the way with full Variant exploration?

I know a lot of players do initial clears, but full exploration seems far less common.

Back Issues always seem pretty split within the community: Some enjoy the nostalgia and champion restrictions. Others feel the time investment isn’t worth the rewards. And some paths are simply too long and tedious.

Who’s fully explored all eight on Variant?

I’m actually in process of doing that simply for the solid amount of gold it gives as well as the easy units I’m through 5 of the 8. May auto fight the classic ones for those units as well, gotta stock up for banquet 2026

Yeah all back issues is 100% did it for the units

I did all the classics for units a couple years back, and plan on doing variants for units this year

I 100% variant version when they were released. Just recently 100 classic for the auto fight units for banquet.

I started doing them recently for the units but there's better things to use energy/time on right now and they aren't going anywhere.

I personally did it for the sense of accomplishment… just knowing that it's done (and out of the way) is a bit of a relief. Also the extra units will be very welcome come banquet 2026!

They could simply release 3rd difficulty for these back issue quest scaled with current game difficulty and rewards.

Or hear me out, saga back issues where you can only use saga champs.
