Need clarification on final Stellar Star-Lord piece

I know Glitched Incursions was announced on the last stream, stating it drops Jan 21st and will run two weeks, with it starting again on the 28th. This is where the final Star-Lord piece will come from.

Now, I'm hearing two conflicting things. Is the piece available on the 21st if you complete it that day, or are these two separate Glitched Incursions that you need to do both sets of (I assume they'll be slightly different?) to acquire the piece?

Seeing as SL was someone I'd planned to use some of my Jubilant sigs on, I need to know whether it's safe to claim now (where extra sigs won't expire until after the 21st), or something I need to let chill in my stash for a week before claiming (if the piece isn't available until the 28th).

The incursions are running for 2 weeks. 28th is just restarting the timer as it won't away till the 3rd not the 4th. Incursions always seem to end a day earlier than their intended day, remember that. Saga incursions and special ones or any incursions never have 2-week timer. Just 6-day timers for each week of its duration.

As I recall, they very specifically said that there were going to be incursions objectives and that you would not be able to finish them until the 28th to get the piece.

Hi. about the stelar forge piece , have you had any trouble collecting incursion artifacts? this the 2nd incursion where i don`t get any artifacts rewards or anything else from clearing zones. i`m lacking 16 k artifacts to buy the piece and i can`t get them anywere, please help

IDK whether or not it's tied to the objectives. That would kind of suck. I want to one-and-done incursions.

Avaiable until incursions go away on the 3rd. You got from 21st to 3rd to complete incursions to get final piece.
