OG Vision Nerfed?

Noticed that OG vision generates power noticeably less, is this a bug to be resolved or has he been Nerfed? I've not seen any posts regarding this.
Nerfing would be a very brave move considering the cost to have him as an exclusive champ. Can anyone shed light on this?

He doesn't need nerfed. The Power burn on his SP3 hasn't worked in like, a year. Isn't that enough?
