Does anybody think the CCP creator beta testing map should be for everyone?

ROL is a great place where you can test your champions, but now that rank 5 7 stars exist, it feels like we need a bit more diversity, and the testing map is a great feature, cause It litteraly has champions of different challenge ratings on it, and you can play your champion and see how different champion matches play out without any nodes. I mean thats just my take on it, but I think that at least the testing map should be part of everyone else's gameplay, and as a really cool testing feature free for everyone.

Nah they just like going against what players want. Even if they personally wouldn't use it, doesnt mean to comment something to go against it, especially if youre gonna keep it vague and not give reasoning lol.

Makes sense. There is nothing worth watching about Mcoc itself. The reason why Seatin is so successful is due to his personality. It always amazes me that people willingly watch bero man when all he does is talk in a monotone altered voice changer.

You are correct. I'm opposed to it as I won't be using it. I don't even go into rol. We learn by screwing up live in bgs. Screwing up live hurts more, and I believe it leaves a stonger impression (I do duel test war fights though.)

They can't do it. Giving everyone unlimited practice against meta defenders would trivialize their defensive value and they'd have to compensate by making REALLY difficult defenders and no one wants that.

I say they copy and paste current ROL except with 4m/8m/12m health pools, activate l3s, and give it aggressive AI.

^Have always agreed to rol 2.0 suggestion. Some easy champions on defense but with much much bigger healths. It's the easiest way to cater to all the demands. Players want to see big numbers. Lab, abyss, necro with damage cap doesn't fulfill that thirst.

No, Not solo raids. The hacks make them pointless on top of champion restrictions.

You do realize you can choose to not use something rather than being opposed it ? Especially when this has been in the discussion for months now and the healthpools for practice mode aren't big enough plus may not even have the defender to duel, but ofc you pick the anti-player route.

I feel like a good solution would be to implement infinite health bars in practice mode. Practice mode itself is already in the game anyway and now they have the tech for multiple health bars from coliseum

But isn’t it a separate server environment open to a limited number of people?

If opened up to the entire player base, it’s a second environment they have to support for everyone versus just for the small number of CCP users right?

@smdam38 it is a single server similar to beta tests because it's not on main game servers. If they add it to the game, it would be on the common game server. Similar to how you have 9.2 in game now and only had it on beta servers when it was in beta

I don’t think it’s that easy but could definitely be wrong.

I do think it’s a pretty big advantage for CCP and everyone should have it.

But I don’t think it’s very easy to bring it to everyone.

I have said this every time this topic comes up and i will say it again.

The argument constantly made against having this practice mode is that it will eat into revenue and make the hunt for new defenders and counters by whales less inticing. That however, can be easily addressed.

Make the practice mode with a 1 year lag. No champs can be added to the practice mode for 1 year after release. If you are wondering how this benefits anyone, it reduces rng and provides casual players a chance to be competitive without having to do aw/bg.

Plus if i give me example, it took me more than a year to get serpent above 4* level after his release. Even now i have a 6r5a and not 7*. I just couldnt practice against him except highly competitive modes like AW/BG or use the duel feature against someone who had him as a top champ or use only 4*s. Sometimes with a champ like Serpent where you want to judge the timinga to avoid his defensive threats, the above options are not enough. By opening a practice mode like this, Kabam is partially mitigating bad rng that can put a player behind the meta. The bad serpent meta and slew of tough defenders pushed me from semi competitive to casual player. There is a benefit to Kabam opening this mode.
