7* mystic & mutant signature stones

Anybody having issues using 7* signature stones ?
7* mystic & mutant signature stones NOT working not working on my valid 7* champs. Other stones working fine.
KABAM Is there a bug here ?
Git plenty to upgrade levels but not happening.

Attached the screenshot . Basically I have several 7* mystic & mutant champs at L1/2/3. These crystals don't pick them up and show " No applicable champions" is incorrect ?

Signature stones only allow you to level up the sig level of a champ that already has their signature ability unlocked. You currently have no such Mystics or Mutants, which is why it’s showing as unusable. If you wanted to use them, you’d have to awaken at least one of them either via a natural duplicate pull or an awakening gem (which is a separate item from a signature stone).

And visually, since you’re probably new-ish to the game, look for your champs with Platinum (aka Silver) Stars on them, instead of Gold Stars.

They need to have their Signature Ability Awakened (by pulling them a 2nd time from crystals, or from using an Awakening Gem item on them, etc), before you can continue to grow their Signature # (from further dups, or from these Sig Stones).

Platinum means Awakened, Gold means NOT.

You can't just go from 0 (not awakened) to 1 by using a Sig Stone, because that Sig Ability has not been “awakened” yet.
