War matchmaking (again)

For another season there's something wrong about matchmaking.
We finished last season at the bottom of plat 1 (30th) spot yet we faced ONLY master alliances during offseason and our first encounter of new season.

This doesn't make any sense guys.

400 points.

Matchmaking is for all alliances simultaneously, without interaction (it's automatic) so we should match a similar rating ally.

Would appreciate if people help out, so my post would reach who can actually do something. It's been 5 seasons now.

AW matchmaking is awful, Kabam need to fix this

that pairing does seem a little off (more so that most other “matchmaking” complaints here).

Especially if those Off-season ones were also fully 3 BG matches as well (if your off-season was only 1 or 2 BG for casual, then those would have more range to the WR matching)

Right, there's not a single plat 1 or 2 alliance available to pair with ours, only master alliances with 400 points rating difference...yeah that makes a lot of sense.
