What is your Angela's sig level? I have sig 200 and debuff duration is also not reduced when I fought Arcade in Coliseum. I thought maybe because I didn't have 3 or more buffs during the fight.
Ummm could it be something about the Node itself?
I just test in Practice mode, Angela vs BWDO, I got 3 buffs and let BWDO hit me and the Shocks didn't stick.
Regarding Arcade, on Def he got 100% AA, that might have an effect on Angela.
Soemthing to do with enhanced bleeds and deep wounds. Its been known for a long long long long time.
It is not a bug, its working correctly.
Against arcade is understanable, he has that ability that hes debuffs can not their duration reduced. But i did the same fight same node same hero same viv vision and everything went as intended, 0 bleed duration. "Enhanced bleed" is only affect potency not duration. In the other hand "deep wounds" im not sure of. But anyways its for example 200% reduced duration and angela should not suffer any damaging debuffs. I dont think it is intented to work like that
This. They're running deep wounds. Angela can only reduce base duration, so anything that adds extra time (not potency) can't be offset
There’s no indication whether it refers to the “base bleed duration” or a modified one. All I can see written is “-35% damaging debuff duration.” It doesn’t specify base, modified, or anything else — just the debuff itself. That feels a bit misleading or poorly worded, in my opinion. Or just a nonintended bug
So you didn't take that fight with Angela "all the time"?.... Cause you would have known....
keep in mind, regardless of reduced duration, Deep Wounds also does burst damage (so, not reduced at all) if they have higher health than you.
using Angela on that node is a bad idea, made that mistake before.
I did, but I haven’t encountered this issue. Regardless, the point isn’t “you should have known that.” The point is that it should have been written clearly. There is absolutely no information about whether it refers to the “base” or “modified” duration — or even which duration it affects. That’s the real problem. Either it’s poorly worded, or it’s a bug that needs to be fixed

While I agreed with you that in an ideal world Kabam should present how abilities would interact with everything else in the game.
The true reality is, it is not really possible, with the game being 11 years old, there are so many layers of interactions that is Kabam were to list them all, we would spend all of our time reading abilities (which right now is already too long).
Not sure how long you have been playing, but we as the player community have also have to deal with many of Kabam "correction", when certain champions / abilities being work in a certain way for us for many years only for Kabam to turn around and say "well actually" it is not working as they intend and they will "fix" it. Example including, Moleman, Kingpin and most recently Onslaught and Daunted. So while what you asking for would be wonderful to have, Kabam are actually on the opposite end regarding providing clear and accurate information.
From your situation, it is clear that in your previous encounter, your Def opponent did not have Deep Wound on, while this time they did. It is just something we learn and shared as the community (which where the strength of the community). To be honest I didn't know of this interaction and glad to learn about it now.
