Anyone else want more friendly emotes for BGs?

I have noticed that most emotes are for rubbing in that you won, and I find myself wanting emotes where I can congratulate the other player (like thumbs up and emotes like that). I don't use emotes right now because I don't like rubbing it in that I won (I only use them ironically sometimes when I lose, which is funny), I would rather have a full page of emotes that say "good job!" or "good effort!" so I can use them if I win or lose and it is a positive interaction.

Possibly I am alone in this but I was wondering if anyone else felt the same.

Although not congratulating the other player or any form of goodwill, I love to use the Gwenpool emote that's a reward for reaching BGs GC from a past season because that one lets you celebrate your own win without mocking the person you beat.

I have 0 taunting emotes... all 5 are casual.

But

I want more slots for emotes.. but I do use funny ones. And 5 slots are not enough to have friendly emote battle.

There is no shortage of emotes out there, friendly and not so friendly.

Im kinda with you on that one. Only time i really want to rub it in is if they do it after the first round or if they pause the match hoping 15k will win them the round. Other than that id rather just say well done esp in a 50/50 matchup where the other player was just better.

Whether, I win or lose. I still enjoyed playing with my fell Summoners across the Battlerealm. This emote isn't a bad one and no one is going to other was to me.

I like this one, I just wish there were more like it and I just notice the taunting style ones are what we usually get. Really though I like some of those too and use them when I lose a phase and it is funny in an ironic sense (like the dude putting his shades on, that one is great).

Agreed—I tend to participate in the various versions of this thread that have popped up from time to time—more positive emotes would be great.

The jeering emotes are great if you’re an @$$wipe, but most people are just grinding their way through BGs and—like fellow gladiators—they appreciate the salute or tip of the hat from a fellow competitor.

Cap is my go-to at end of each match, sometimes with a sheepish Modok if I won one I shouldn’t have.

More like this would be great—Wakanda forever, Spidey webbing a heart, Cyke giving you a thumbs up, Prof X tapping his temple, Doc giving a prayerful bow. Anything like this would be welcome plus more emote slots in general.

This would be nice. I normally use the Captain America ones if it's a good battle and the opponent or I put up a good fight.

Sometimes I'll get matched with an idiot who wants to spam the annoying emotes, and I have to mute them. Or I won't and if I get to use Photon and she puts belt to a**, they'll receive some justified payback with the Photon "😉" emote.

I'd definitely like to see a Captain Marvel Movie emote.
