Xsolla Help

I have reached out to xsolla support, Kabam support and also direct messaged several Kabam people on here. I can not make any purchases on xsolla. I won’t spend money in game and I’m not getting the extra rewards from summoner market so if someone could please help me that would be awesome.

I need some more context, what error is preventing purchases on Xsolla?

it’s error 3032. I had someone get into my xsolla account and told xsolla support I didn’t want to use that account anymore and asked if I could switch to a different one that wasn’t hacked into. They took that as I didn’t want any payments to be able to go through on my accounts so now they are locked.

Have you heard back from Xsolla support?
We see 3032 a lot, this one is specifically on Xsollas side, they need to remove the lock on the account

I emailed back and forth for about a week or two. They said the account owner requested to lock it and they can’t do anything about it. I have the thread of emails if you need them.
