Can this game ban you by mistake?

During the launch of PC version I tried to get the hang of it and got banned. I was shocked and complained. I let it slide and decided to play only on phone. Last week I started BG from bronze to gold in matter of 4/ 5 days. Within those days I bested an account with rating of 6m (I’m 3.5 with 2 r4s). So I suspect he took it personal (lol) or maybe I’m wrong. But the thing is I’m really emotionally drained that I don’t think kabam will listen.
I’m literally in gold not even in vib.

is there a way to get Kabam to look into this properly?

I’ve invested so much time in this game and I’m being punished for being good.
i feel like being accused of something I can’t prove I didn’t do.

Kabam doesn’t ban people for being good. You were banned once, and now a second time. You know what you did.

it’s even funnier when these people that come to the forum and claim that they were innocently banned never surfaced again when Kabam staffs dropped the hammer.

The system may or may not be perfect, but I believe it more than any random that proclaims that they are innocent. Especially in your case, you were caught once. A lucky second time? You should try buying lotto.

In all the cases of peopl3 claiming wrongful banning, only 2 people have ever been found to have been correct. So unless your somehow the 3rd person in the games history, good luck.

This is actually untrue, there has been occasions in the past where people were banned for being too good.

Quake and the maze for example.

And I said exactly what happened the first time. It was a few days after the pc version was launched and I played and quit the program before I lose any fight I attempt.

Anyways, I’m not here to explain to you. It’s not like you can do anything.

Just be prepared when you get yourself in that kinda situation where it’s your word vs a prominent one.

Mate, if you've gotten falsely banned not once but twice, something tells me they may not be false. You don't just get banned when someone presses the report button on you. And it's not a case of your word vs theirs. You can contact Kabam support and have them review your case. They have the data and they can determine if you were cheating or not.

I mean we see people ranting here they get banned falsely all the time, I have no doubt those who do that are truly banned, but to see someone claim they get their account back afterwards is rare, if you really did then good on you, you have joined a short list of false bans

Even I was skeptical that it’ll be redeemed. I already gave up. But the customer service who attended to me said my in game name can’t befound in the ban list. I tried severally to login, it didn’t work. Then it logged in an hour ago.
I guess it was a bug or something

If the problem was you couldn't log in, that was a glitch in the authentication system or the account databases. If you were actually banned, you would get a message when you tried to log in saying your account was disabled and the reason why (i.e. for violations of terms of service).

Lol. I know what I'm saying. It's not like you login every time you open the game.
"Your account have been permanently banned for use of third party software". Something like that.
Just because something is very unusual doesn't make it impossible or a lie.

I think PC users are more prone to being banned bcos PC runs multiple programs in the background and Kabam might make mistakes more easily due to the different environment from mobile

Then your still wrong. You weren't banned. You just had log in problems.

It's either you are banned, or lying just to create a false issue. Were you really banned or was it just a log-in error? You said in your statement that when you logged into the PC version, while you are getting the hang of it, you were "banned"; that you were shocked and complained about it. Construing from this, you indeed received a ban message. But then now you are saying that it was just a log-in issue, and you can now open your account. Bro you should have included a screenshot so the people reading this post would better understand your case. Anyways, this is just my unsolicited two cents.
