The Lizard RER extention

The reversal on the Lizard compensation criteria is incredibly frustrating, while it is overall a good move, the communication flow of that was poor. On the 24th, we were told only pre-launch pulls counted. I acted on that info and burned 20 Titans, 2 titan nexus and 2 colossal Titan nexus (I think that's what they're called). Then, on the 27th, the rules changed.

I essentially wasted a massive amount of late-game resources because I followed Kabam's initial instructions. Support has already denied my ticket, but how is it reasonable to penalize players for making 'informed' decisions based on official posts that are flipped three days later?

? It's the same criteria they just extended the deadline to let people have a chance when opening the titan after rollover

But I can't use 24 or so titans to get the new champs now, because I thought it was a choice of getting ascension materials now or holding til the roll over

With the extention I could wait til roll over, open them then, and likely still dupe lizard + pull new champs

Support cannot reverse your crystal opening bcos you already used the champions or level up rank up them, too much time has passed etc

OP is saying that if they knew that, they would have waited for the rollover too.

But with the information available pre livestream, OP thought the only way to get ascension materials for Lizard was opening Titans before rollover.

Hmm that is a good point. Nothing will be done about it but im sure this was considered and deemed inconsequential in comparison to the win of extending the time frame
