rankups can only use Cats that are in actual INVENTORY (based on Inventory Limits), not any extra that are in overflowed STASH.

see prior 2 above recommendations (Level 60, or Sigil) in order to increase your Inventory Limit for that Cat.

Was gonna ask if they had restarted game since achieving 60+Valient (60 was the important one for this). Some things need restart inbetween.

But yours is much better reason, lol. Yes, they probably don't move over from Stash automatically just because the Max gets increased.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex Thx for your answer. I have restarted the Game many times and nothing changed. But in the Morning I could claim it and now it works. I don‘t know why….. But thanks again, Rank up worked now :-)))
