Twitch issues

Can somebody please help me I have tried several times to do the twitch drops I linked my account then watched videos claimed the rewards and nothing so I in linked and the linked tried again ….nothing somebody told me to make a new twitch account so I unlinked my account and linked a new account watched some videos claimed nothing unlinked new account relinked and watched videos claimed reward and still nothing what am I doing wrong
