Max sign titan dupes

Why have I just duped my max sign Karolina Dean from titan but only for 250 of the ascension shard things?!

She was before Lizard, so there is no ascension for her yet.

She's still in the titan and the max sig bonus will be sent in the mail

Same, two copies of max sig Niko and no bonus shards. Are we sure those are coming in the mail?

I opened at least 15 max sig, most of them has video record . No extra shards

I think it's intentional, they haven't actually made the game capable of giving more rewards for during max sign from titan so they have to manually do it and send it in an email.

So, once again Kabam release an unfinished product
