Units are showing wrong

My number of units has dropped from over 5-6k to 1k. Why???

You probably accidentally clicked on either one of the various Pop-up offers (pop-up on top of something else you were trying to do).

Or in that special CRYSTALS tab, you clicked to buy the crystals listed first there (costs units), instead of the one below that which uses the shards you’ve been getting from doing this month's BG Objectives.

I did this a few years ago. accidentally hitting that pop up is rough. lol took me some time to recover lol

Highly unlikely. Units do not magically disappear. Try actually sending a ticket into support. They can see where the units went and what the accidental purchase was.

Keep in mind the cluster that this week has been for them. They've probably gotten hundreds of tickets just from players not reading information right and even more from the essentia nonsense. They are probably heavily backlogged.

I am f2p players you can understand how many months it took me to gather 5k units? All that efforts and consistency means nothing now.

Support will be able to tell you the exact unit spend history. And as long as you didn't use anything from what you may have accidentally bought, you can get it back.

Just so you are aware, FTP players can gain 5k units in a single month without too much trouble. Not trying to diminish your experience, but it isn't an insane amount of units. Just gotta be more careful. Kabam throws a lot of buttons on the screen while players blissfully tap away. Hopefully support can get it sorted for you, and hopefully you didn't open whatever you accidentally bought.

Bro i appreciate your responses but you are not helping here.. Even a month's grinding is not as small as 1-2 hours which I can waste..

Only thing you can do is contact Support to ask WHAT it was spend on, and if (if whatever was bought was not used yet) if they can refund that purchase. But if you have used items/champs, or opened crystals, etc, they will not do refund.

Alternative possibilities (besides for accidental spend on a pop-up or wrong crystal offer, etc) is if you may have shared your account with someone in the past, or have family/friends that may have taken your phone, and bought something while playing on your account.
